Live your staying between history and relax in a XVIII century country style home

This beautiful country house has been built following the typical architectural style of the region and has been restaured fully respecting it: in fact natural stones, terracotta floor tiles, internal wooden finishing have been used. The bright colors of the exterior walls create a lovely contrast with the old hand made “coppi” (rooftiles), covering the roof and the porches.

The central section of the House dates from the early 1700s, as we have found searching in the historical archives of the Municipality. The House was marked on the maps those days, due to his strategic position: built on the hill, just in front of the valley linking the mountain to the plane, it made easy to control the communications from the mountains up to Modena.

Today La Pilastrina is part of a green, peaceful, residential area, with a beautiful view on the valley, close both to sport facilities (like: equestrian center, golf course, tennis courts, winter and summer swimming pools, walking trails and bird watching) and to Maranello’s downtown, 5 minutes by car far away.
